Track Name: Nocturne
Fire red ivy hangs around your window peak, season in bloom
Where storm clouds meet vapor ghost armies keeping blue moon
Blue

Don't bother me waiting in the ocean breeze to be consumed
The lit up sky holds you at it's purest high, receiving you
Blue

It's one appearance, one horizon, one lit sky that hypnotizes
See the stars arrange in clusters, nocturnes from our older brothers
Love song for the cold departed, nocturne from the broken hearted
See the stars arrange in clusters, nocturnes from our older brothers

In the autumn air, sitting by the ocean fair thinking of you
Wishing on a rock, throwing it from the dock at the blue moon
Track Name: Maybird
I saw you fly above graffiti walls near the highway in LA
I'd never saw a bird so beautiful. Oh, what am I trying to say?

I'll be flying next time you see me
I'll be alive and well enough
I'll be high next time you see me

I so admire the feathers on your wings, I so desire your peace and grace
When that lonely mountain blackbird sings it brings the tide back to my face

People cry when they are happy
People laugh when they are sad
Do you realize that your beauty could drive folks stark raving mad?
I'll be flying next time you see me
I'll be alive and well enough
I'll be high next time you see me, yeah
Track Name: Call You Mine
Early morning, sun is shining, dust is sparkling in my eyes
and I can't wait to call you mine
to call you mine
to call you mine

Hair is blowing out your window, down the highway, up the river
Through whatever to deliver you to me and love forever
So that I can call you mine
can call you mine
can call you mine

Now I see you, full moon rising, backlit by your fire burning
You must know my hearts been turning for a love I've known forever
It feels fine to call you mine
to call you mine
to call you mine

It's so fine to call you mine
to call you mine
to call you mine
Track Name: Beautiful World
Save my soul
Be my sweet love
Carry me home
Or leave me beneath
Give me your hand and I'll give you my best

I'll do my best
To try and see
All the love
Surrounding me
It's a beautiful world we're livin' in, baby

The holiday
The working week
The flowers in May
The mountain peak
It's a beautiful world we're livin' in
Track Name: David's Interlude
Bodys tangled in a photo, social but removed
Highways stripping off their pavement, David's interlude

We know who you are and we don't like you so far
We know who you are and we don't like you so far

Oceans melting into forests drying into deserts
Angels listening to music, washing off their feathers

We all catch the bone, catch the bone, catch the bone
We all catch the bone, catch the bone, catch the bone

Hardships turning into starships turning into stars
Hardships turning into starships turning into stars
Track Name: Two Horizons
In a dream two horizons rose and swallowed you gone
And I woke up in a bible underneath a shadow, two dawns
And a minister approached me, asked me where I worked and who I was
While the miles and piles of humans carried burdens, who will judge them?

And the casket closed on those unwilling the seek
Gathered in a circle of trust and common belief
But none-the-wiser, he will set you free
In time for you, in time for the others

And I came upon a viper winding in a chest of jewels once
I refused a quick surrender and with that my sacriment approved
And I parted with good fortune, so I climbed up on my horse and moved on

And the sea split in two halves, and you were over there
Royal scepter in your hand, floating in mid-air
But none-the-wiser, no burden to bare
In time for you, in time for the others
Track Name: One Wing Only
When I was young my mother told me stories about my past life
I was a bird with one wing only, envious of the sky
When I left home my brother told me never to travel too far
I've got a mind for one thing only, settle among the stars

And now I'm floating far beyond the sky in currents of the moon, and not returning soon

Earthbound I left my woman lonely writing me notes on postcards
She kept her peace in ceremony, walking around the yard
I write her back through cyber shuttles, last night I wrote her so blue
"I know you wanted heaven baby, but I don't think it's true"

I gave my only breath away to her electric kiss and vanished into mist

I used to lay awake at night and stare into the blue, and all I'd see was you
Track Name: Down & Under
The mockingbird don't hang around my window anymore
In the morning there's no singing, there's no whistle like before
In the state of not quite waking, but not sleeping, that's for sure
I don't know if I am dreaming but I hear her at my door

I met her many places, she had many different names
And her catalogue of faces were impossible to blame
For she told me if it's love I want, with her I should not bother
Find it at the very bottom of Down & Under

She wrapped me up in blankets and she told me not to speak
Though my eyes were very heavy out my window I could see
The snow was falling lightly and the restaurant next-door
Had a band out on the patio I knew I'd heard before

She knew I had to follow and she led me to the sound
But the music had been swallowed by the time we came around
I noticed that the sunlight had been bothering her skin
and the crows were all returning to the city once again

The story is so blurry now, her beauty is so blind
Like a half forgotten memory just rotting in my mind
Is it save to lift you eyes? You really have to wonder
If your pleasure and your passion lies Down & Under

The mockingbird don't hang around my window anymore
in the morning there's no whistle, there's no music like before
I asked her her intentions, they were not completely clear
And then she said back home she had a record I should hear
